Eggs with Spinach and Onions

Ingredients
4 lg eggs1 cup spinach1/3 cup diced onions
Directions
Saute onions over med heat in a greased pan (a drop of oil or grease) adding water if necessary. When onions turn light brown, add spinach and mix well. Then add eggs and cook until done.

    I make this breakfast often but I also add fresh mushrooms, I add the fresh spinach last when the eggs are almost done, it's very yummy with mushrooms, even my 4 year likes it. - 4/8/11
