Almond date balls/ bars

1 cup dates1 cups almonds1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Put into a food processor and chop the heck out of it then form in to 12 balls or use a 9 x 9 pan and cut into 6 bars

    I didn't have quite enough dates, so I added a few raisins and some California apricots which added a nice tang. Recipe came out great! I would definitely make these again. I might roll them in a little oatmeal or something to make them a little less sticky. - 2/2/11
