Chipotle Chili

Ingredients
Saute Onions and Garlic until soft. Cook meet on different skillet until done. Add all ingredients together into large pot - season to your liking. I add chili seasoning mix and chipotle peppers. Cheese is optional for a low fat version.

Makes about 15 bowls of soup.
