* Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) * Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cucumber (8-1/4") * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) * Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") * Onions, raw, 0.5 small * holland and barrett 90% protein powder (soya) - per 20g scoop, 20 gram(s) * Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) * *ice cube, 5 serving * worchester sauce 1 - 2 teaspooons
Chop or cut into pieces all vegetables.
Please all ingredients in blender and wizz for 2 mins or so till mixed.
