low fat fettucini alfredo

Ingredients
1 tsbp butter 2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsbp flour 1 1/3 cups 1% milk 1 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 tspb 1/3 less fat cream cheese 4 cups hot cooked fettucini
Directions
Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Stir frequently. Add flour. Gradually add milk, stir with a whisk. Add 1 cup parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Stir with whisk until cheese melts. Toss pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
