Chicken Burritos

Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed Beans, pinto, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz Salsa, 1 cupLa Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 0.5 cup *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 2 serving *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
Sprinkle chicken breast liberally with seasoning and bake or broil until done.
Shred chicken
Shred cheese
Lay tortilla out, add 1/3 the chicken and 1/6 of the cheese and 1/3 of the beans. cover with 2 tbs of enchilada sauce.
Repeat with second tortilla.
Lay burritos in small casserole and top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Broil until cheese is bubbly.
