Ingredients
Pork tenderloin stripsseasame oileggsbok choybean sproutsaherryfish saucesplendagarlicmushrooms: mixedshallotslow carb tortillassoy saucepeanut butter
Directions
Make hoisen sauce: mix peanut butter, shallot, fish sauce, soy sauce and splenda: blend

Wok: sesame oil and eggs: remove eggs
Add meat to wok cook till done, add bok choy, sprouts, mushrooms, shallots and cook until done, add sherry and soy sauce to taste. mix back in cooked eggs and serve in tortillas. Put hoisen in tortillas as wanted for taste.

    There are no amounts for the ingredients. I was very excited to find the recipe only to be disappointed at the lack of amounts for the ingredients. I am hopeful that someone will see this and correct the mistake. - 1/25/12
