Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
Directions
Cabbage Ground TurkeyBean SproutsMushroomsSpinachStewed tomatoesGarlicOnionTabasco Sauce
FILLING
Brown Turkey, add chopped onion saute until browned.
Saute mushrooms 5 minutes
add onions saute for 3 min
add chopped garlic saute for 2 min
Add browned turkey
add 1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
add 2 cans of blended stewed tomatoes
1 TB Oregano
salt and pepper to taste
cook for 10 minutes until liquid reduces
add spinach cook until wilted
add bean sprouts 3 min
1TB Low sodium Worcestershire sauce
1 TB Balsamic
SAUCE (prepare then set aside)
1 TB tomato paste
1 can Stewed tomatoes
Puree in blender set aside
BUILD ROLLS
Par boil Cabbage leaves then cut in half
Fill with mixture and fold edges over meat mixture then roll
Place in baking dish(s) pour sauce over
Bake at 350 for 30 min
