MamaKass' Easy Steak Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 Serving:1 Whole Wheat TortillaReduced fat shredded Mexican cheeseSteak (or whatever meat you like, or just beans)Green PepperRed OnionTomatoNo Fat Sour Cream
Directions
1 Serving:
Season your meat however you like and grill
Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray
Place tortilla in pan and spread cheese all over
Place 5 or 6 thin strips of steak on one half of tortilla
Sprinkly chopped Veggies on the half with meat
Once cheese has begun to melt, fold the tortilla over and press gently
Once the tortilla is to your desired crispiness, plate it and dip in sour cream
