Beer Braised Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
2 lb beef short ribs (abt 6-8 pieces)Flour to coat ribs (abt 1/2 cup)2 Tbsp vegetable oilOnion, 1 medium slicedLite Beer, 1 bottle or canOregano, 1 TbspBasil, 1 TbspGarlic, 1 clove, slicedMrs. Dash Original Seasoning, 1 Tbsp or to taste
Directions
In zip lock bag add 1/2 cup flour, salt and pepper
Add ribs and shake to coat.
Add oil to large dutch oven or pan, heat and add ribs and sear on all sides.
Add onions, cook lightly. Then add beer and remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on lowest heat slowly for several hours...til meat is very tender....I let mine cook about 2 to 3 hrs.

Very good served with green peas and No Yolk Noodles.
