Deep Dish Quiche Pizza - Lower Fat

4 oz low fat cream cheese3/4 c Egg Beaters1/4 c reduced fat Paremesan Cheese1/3 c Heavy whipping cream1/2 t Oregano2 c 2% shredded cheese1/4 t garlic powder1/4 c low sugar pizza sauce1 c. shredded mozzarellaPizza toppings
Beat cream cheese & eggs till smooth. Add cream, parmesan and spice. Spray 13x9 pan with non-stick spray.
Put 2 cups cheese in dish and pour egg mix over. Squish around to mix. Bake at 375 for 30-40 min until well browned
Remove from oven and cool for about 5 min. Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle on mozzarella, and layer with toppings.
Bake about 10 min at 375 until toppings are bubbly and brown.
