Sweet Crepes

Ingredients
2 eggs2 yolks1.5 cup water3/4 cup 1% milk1 tbsp canola oil1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salt2 tsp sugar
Directions
Whisk wet ingrediants, add flour, salt and sugar and whisk. Heat fying pan with cooking spray to medium high. Pour in 1/2 of batter, or enough so that the batter will completely cover bottom of pan. Cook until the crepe's surface is no longer glossy, it will turn dull. Spray a large flipper with cooking spray and loosen edges of crepe away from frying pan. Flip and cook until other side yellow brown. Good served with fruit, greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
