Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
16 oz. elbow macaroni16oz heluva good extra sharp cheddar cheese1 stick butter1 cup flour4 cups milk
Directions
Boil 16 oz of elbow macaroni until they are al dente. In a large bowl cut up cheese into small chunks and butter. Drain noodles and then dump in bowl with cheese and butter. Stir well until noodles are coated with cheese and butter. (It should melt a little if the nodles are hot) Add the flour and mix. Dump into a 13x9x2 pan and add milk. Bake for 45minutes to an hour or until golden brown on top.
