Emeril's Roasted Broccolini with Shitake Mushrooms and Roma Tomatoes

2 tsp olive oil6 oz broccolini, woody portion of stem removed10 Crimini mushrooms, stemmed and sliced1 roma tomatoes, quartered1/2 lemon, juiced1 tablespoons gorganozla cheese, crumbled Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Lay broccolini in single layer in a baking dish. Top with shiitakes and tomatoes. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
