Orange Ginger Chicken - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 tsp onion flakesJuice & zest from 1 orange (approx 1/4 cup juice)2 garlic cloves - minced1 tsp ground ginger (or use fresh)2 tbsp soya sauce - low salt1 tbsp corn starch
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients except the corn starch, and add to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Approx 1/2 before serving, mix the corn starch with 1/4 cup of water and add to the chicken, to thicken the sauce.
I like to serve it over rice.
