MUSHROOM and olive pizza

Ingredients
1-2 portabello mushrooms per personolive oilminced garlictomato saucemozzarella cheese shreddedsliced olivesbasilsaltpepper
Directions
preheat oven 450
in baking pan, oil pan with olive oil and place mushrooms bottom side down
roast for 30 minutes
flip mushrooms, add minced garlic, basil, salt and pepper
roast for about 25 minutes
remove pan from oven and turn oven up to broil
add sauce, cheese, olives and a bit more basil and return to oven
cook until cheese is melted and beginning to get golden
let sit for a few minutes , slice like a pizza and enjoy!
