Ingredients
1kg ground beefequal parts celery carrots, onions - diced1 bell pepper - diced4 cloves garlic - choppedcan of diced tomatoescan of tomato sauce
Directions
brown beef.
add celery, carrots, onions, pepper. cook 5 minutes.
add garlic.
add tomato products.
season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and basil.
cook 20 minutes, till beef is tender.
