Chocolate oat bran cup cakes

Ingredients
1 cup oat bran1cup water1 lg. egg0.33 cup canola oil0.33 cup splenda 1teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon chocolate extract ( optional)1 tblspoon white vinegar1cup all purpose flour4 tblespoon unsweetened cocoa powder0.25 cup sugar blend2tablespoon dry milk powder1 teasp baking powder0.5 teasp cinnamon0.5 teasp salt
Directions
Makes 12 cup cakes
Lightly mix together ; bran,water, egg, oil, splenda, extracts and vinegar. Leave to stand and expand for 30 - 45 minutes.
Mix together the remaining dry ingredients in a seperate bowl, flour, cocoa powder,sugar blend, milk powder,baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Adddry ingredients to bran mix and mix on medium for 1 minute.
Spoon into cup cake papers or spread into a 9inch square cake tin.
bake at 190 for15-20 minutesfor cup cake or 176 for 30-45 minutes for square cake
