fish tacos w/chipotle cream

fish:2 tb olive oil2tb lime juice1/4 saltfrshe pepper1 lb tilapia or halibutchipotle cream:1/2 nonfat plain yogurt2tb like mayo2tb teas. chipotle pepper, in adobo sauce8 6in corn tortillas1 1/2 cup cabbage1/2 cup corn kernals1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)lime or lemon wedges
in small bowl, whicsk togetther fish ingr and pour over fish and marinade 20min.
remove fish and grill on preheated nonstick pan over medium-high until cooked about 3min on each side. set aside on plate for 5 min.
in small bowl cobine the thickened yogurt (do so by straining on paper towel in strainer ) may and chipotle peppper.
heat torts. on grill for 30 sec on each side
flake fish with a fork top each tor. with 1 tb of cram then fish cabbag corn etc.. enjoy
