Ingredients
2 Yellow Squash, diced2 Zucchini, diced1 10 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Green ChiliesCanola oil, 1 tbsp1/2 onion, choppedGarlic, 1 clove, mincedSalt to taste
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 1- cup servings.
