1 c butter2 c sugar3 eggs3 c. all purpose flour1 tbl. baking powder1.5 tsp baking soda1.5 tsp ground cinnamon1/5 tsp ground nutmeg1/5 tsp ground cloves1 can (16oz) Solid Pumpkin Pie Mix
This recipe makes 2 full loaves.
In a mixing boal, cream butter and sugar. Add Eggs, mix well. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add to creamed mixture.
Finally add the Pumpkin in and stir.
Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bread done.
