2 Cups Kashi, Go Lean Cereal (crushed)2 6 oz pouches of Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon1 T Hellman's Light Mayonaise3 tsp yellow mustard1 tsp lemon juice
Add salmon, mayo, mustard, and lemon juice to cereal. Mix thoroughly.
Shape into approx. 16 patties. Depending on the size you make your patties, you could probably make more. Spray skillet lightly with olive oil. Place patties in skillet to brown on both sides.
Will serve 8 people 2 patties each, or more to a smaller crowd.
