Cheater No-bake Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
Crust:8 whole graham crackers2 T. light brown sugar, packed1/4 c. margarine, meltedFilling:3.4 oz. box Jell-o Instant French Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling 1 3/4 c. skim milk1 c. sweetened coconutTopping:Cool Whip whipped topping (I used regular for this recipe)
Directions
Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers with the sugar and then slowly add in melted margarine. Press into sides and bottom of ungreased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes

Filling: Pour milk into a bowl and whisk in pudding mix for two minutes. Stir in the coconut. Fill baked pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Topping: Top each slice with 1 T.* of whipped toppping.
* you can use more but I only calculated 1 T. for this recipe
