Crustless Sausage and Pepper Quiche

9 Bankquet Brown & Serve Lite Original Breakfast Sausage(cooked and crumbled)1/2 Cup chopped onions1/2 cup each red and green bell peppers1 c Shredded cheddar cheese, Kraft 2%2 Tbs Whole Wheat Flour2 Eggs, jumbo2 Egg Whites, jumbo1 c Skim Milk3/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°. Toss cooked sausage, cheese, onion and peppers with whole wheat flour to combine. Coat a 9 in pie pan with spray oil. Add sausage mixture to pan. Whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, salt and bell peppers to combine. Pour egg mixture into pie pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Let rest/stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
