Ingredients
1 Avacado, roughly chopped1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, roughly chopped1 bundle Green Onions, roughly chopped2 cloves Garlic, Finely mincedJuice from 1 lime or lemon (fresh squeezed)Salt (to taste)
Directions
Roughly chop avacado, tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Mix in a bowl. Juice lime over top. Add a dash of salt (coarse sea salt) to taste. Serve over tacos, fajitas, buritos, or use as a dip for tortilla or pita chips.
