Extremely Simple Vegetarian Ricotta Penne

Ingredients
1 Box of Whole Wheat Penne Rigate1 Container of Ricotta1/2 Tsp Sea Salt(I used the regular ricotta for this, but if you use the low fat ricotta it will take about 70 calories off each serving.)
Directions
Follow package directions for boiling pasta.
Drain and return to pot.
Add in the whole container of Ricotta and the salt.
Mix well.
Add more salt (to taste)
Serve right away (it will get dry if you it sit)
