Veggie, Chicken & Feta Pizza

16oz whole wheat pizza dough1 cup red onions1 cup portobello mushrooms1 cup frozen spinach, thawed & drained1/4 cup roasted garlic, chopped2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce1 Cup Fat Free Feta Cheese 1 Large boneless skinless chicken breast
Preheat Oven to 425*
Spray round pizza pan with *Pam* cooking spray, spread out dough.
In a fry pan, sautee onions and mushrooms until tender; move to bowl.
Cook chicken in fry pan adding seasoning, I liek to use red pepper flakes for a kick.
Top pizza dough with BBQ Sauce, roasted garlic, spinach, onions, mushroms, chicken and cheese.
Bake for 20-25 mins, until desired crispness. Cut into 1/8 pieces.
2 pieces per serving.
