Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese2 large eggs* (or 1/2 cup egg whites)1+ tsp cinnamon1+ tsp vanilla*Nutrition info calculated with two large eggs, it will be even better with egg whites. + means you can add more if you prefer
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook over medium heat in skillet lightly coated with non stick spray.
