Vegetarian Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
8 Cups, cooked whole wheat macaroni3 Cups, chopped bell peppers2 Cups, chopped celery1.5 Cups, chopped red onion1.5 Cups, chopped dill pickles1 Cup, Light Hellmann's Mayonnaise1/4 Cup, Yellow Mustard (or to taste)2 Tbsp, Balsamic Vinegar (or to taste)
Directions
Cook 1 - 454g box whole wheat or enriched macaroni according to instructions - strain. (Yields 8 cups cooked)
Chop peppers, pickles, onions, celery into small pieces and add to macaroni. Stir to combine.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.
Add mayonnaise mixture to salad and stir to coat salad.
