Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup buckwheat flour1 large egg1/2 tsp. salt1.2 tsp. baking soda1 cup non-fat milk1 tbsp. brown sugar not packed2 tbsp. molasses (fancy grade) on the pancake when serving.
Directions
-sift dry ingredients into bowl
-add milk and egg
-stir til blended
-heat 9" cast iron pan til water droplet dances on the surface of the pan
-add 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
-pour 1/2 of the batter into pan and spread batter to the edges.
-turn heat of pan down to med-high and cook til bubbles appear on top side of pancake, flip and cook other side til done, about 5 minuts for both sides.
-serve with 2 tbsp molasses
