Ingredients
1 sm. avocado ( 3 oz/ 87 gms. w/o rind or pit)1/3 c. commercially prepared pico de gallominced onions-dried are ok2 cubes @ frozen cilantro, garlic OR 1/2 T of cilantro and 1 clove of garlic,choppedMrs. Dash's ' seasoning- Table Blend-to taste
Directions
Prepare avocado-Remove rind & pit. Scoop out flesh with a sharp -edged spoon. Place in small bowl. Mash, add seasonings & pico de gallo; then mash some more . Cover & refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes about 5 1/2 servings of 2 tbsp. @
