1 lb ground chucksmall onion12 oz frozen super sweet corn1 c shredded chedder cheese2 c instant mashed potatoes
Saute meat and onion in a skillet, drain the juice, and place in a pie plate or 13X9 pan.
Add cheese, and corn, top with mashed potatoes anc remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350
Slice into 8 servings
