Ingredients
1 lb shrimp5 stalks celery,sliced1 can tomatoes,undrained1 tablespoon chili powder1 bayleaf1 clove garlic,minced1 medium onion,diced1 package okra
Directions
saute celery,onion and garlic until tender. add the can of tomatoes,okra,bayleaf,chili powder and shrimp. cook about half an hour. serve over rice if desired.makes about 4 1-cup servings.
