Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
about 21 shells cooked8 oz fat free ricotta1 c. 2% mozzarella1/2 c. parmesan1/2 c. eggbeaters1.c spaghetti sauce.spices to taste
Directions
Boil shells for about 10 min. Mix together cheeses, spices and egg beaters. Drain shells from water. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Ladle sauce on bottom of pan. Fill shells with mixture and lay in pan. Cover with sauce. Cover with foil and bake @ 350* for about 30-35 min. Enjoy!
