Crockpot Creamy Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
6 large boneless chicken breasts (approx 3 lbs)1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of mushroom soup1 jar salsa (16oz)
Directions
place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot
mix 2 cans of soup and salsa
pour it over the chicken
set crock pot on low
cook for 4 hours
after 4 hours take a fork and stir the chicken around it will shred if it isn't shredding cook for another 30 minutes

Use as is or in flour tortilla
Optional toppings
Cheese
Avacado/Guacamole
Onions
