Lean and Green Wrap

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cucumber, sliced1/4 avocado, sliced1/4 cup shredded lettuce1 Flat out wrap (original)
Wash cucumber and slice 1/2 of the cucumber into very thin slices.
Shred lettuce as thin as possible and rinse and dry.
Cut open avocodo and slice into thin slices.
Place all ingredients inside wrap and sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Roll up and slice in half and enjoy!
*more avocado can be used but will increase fat and calorie count.
*for protein add lean turkey breast
