1 C Flour1/2 tsp. Baking Soda1/4 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp Ginger1/4 C Butter1/4 C Packed Brown Sugar1/3 C Unsweetened Applesauce1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Egg1 1/2 C Granola Cereal1/2 C Craisins1/2 C Dried Pineapple1/3 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips, or yogurt chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a small bowl.
3. Whisk butter and sugar.
4. Beat in egg, then vanilla.
5. Mix in flour mixture.
6. Stir in granola, cranberries, pineapple, chocolate or yogurt, and nuts.
7. Drop onto cookies sheets in Tablespoons and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
