Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/2 onion, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped1 8oz. can mushrooms1 can cream of mushroom soup1 T. worchestershire sauce3/4 cup ketchup4 springs fresh parsley or 1 T. dried1 cup light sour cream
Directions
Brown beef, celery and onion in skillet until brown. Drain. Add mushrooms, soup, worchestershire sauce and ketchup. Let simmer 5-10 minutes. Dollop sour cream on top and sprinkle with parsley. Can serve with pasta or rice.
