Mahi Mahi, breaded and fried w/hush puppies

Ingredients
10 oz. mahi mahi1/2 c. flour, gluten-free1 egg1 tsp. coriander1 tsp dill1/2 tsp turmeric1/4 c. olive oil 1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Serves 5 oz. fish for two people. Add spices to flour and stir. Crack egg and add little bit of water. Cut mahi mahi into serving pieces. Heat olive oil over med/high heat. Dip mahi mahi into egg wash followed by flour mixture and place in fry pan. Fry until fish is done depending on the thickness. Mix remaining egg wash and flour and add baking soda and baking powder. Fry gooey mixture in remaining oil in fry pan until firm. Serve with fish.
