thin chicken and brocolli bake

chicken breast fillet, no skin1 can of batchelors condensed low fat mushroom soup1 can of batchelors condensed low fat chicken soup 1 head of brocolli1 desert spoonful of curry paste
makes four serving ...... chop the chicken breast and put into ovenproof dish, power boil (blanche) brocolli and add to oven proof dish.
put your tin of low fat condensed mushroom and chicken soup and the desert spoonful of curry paste in a bowl and mix together with fork or spoon then add to the chicken and broccoli in ovenproof dish..... make sure your sauce covers the brocolli completley so as not to burn it while cooking. cook in oven for 1 hour at 190c or gas mark 5.
serve with rice, or baked potato.
if using pre- cooked chicken cut cooking time to 30 minutes.
