Overnight French Toast

Ingredients
Bread, italian, 20 ozEgg, fresh, 9 large*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 44 ozGranulated Sugar, .5 cupVanilla Extract, 2 tspNutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Dry bread cubes for an hour on a cookie tray. Mix all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Layer bread cubes in a 13x9 pan. Pour milk mixture over, and press bread down into the mixture to cover. Cover with plastic and refrigerate over night.

Next morning, bake at 350 degrees for 80-90minutes or until toothpick in center is clean.

Makes 12 servings.
