SPRING WRAPS

Ingredients
Avocado, freshCucumber, fresh peeled and cubedCarrot shreds, freshCrab select, imitation (you can use any meat you prefer)Rice NoodlesSpring Rolls wrapper Peanut Sauce
Directions
1. Submerge spring roll wrapper in hot water until completely pliable (15 seconds).
2. Remove from water and lay on a flat surface.
3. Place fresh ingredients on wrapper, just below the middle (IE Rice noodles, Crab, Cucumber, Carrots, Avocado)
4. Fold the bottom of the wrapper up over the filling and GENTLY press down.
5. Fold in both sides of the wrapper and gently press to seal.
6. Continue to roll up towards the top of the wrapper. If your wrapper doesn't seal closed, sprinkle the top with a bit of water, or if too moist use a touch of cornstarch.
7. Serve with Peanut dipping sauce and enjoy!
