Bil's Cilantro Pesto Pasta

6 oz. Mueller's bowtie pasa1/2 bunch fresh cilantro2.5 cloves garlic minced1.5 t white wine vinegar1 T-2 grated parmasen cheese1/4 t cayenne pepper.25 c and 2 T walnuts or pecanssalt to taste .25 c olive oil (?) or half chicken broth or ricotta cheese.
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and return water to boil. Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes. Drain
2. In blender, blend cilantro, garlic, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, nuts and salt.
3. Add half of olive oil or olive oil mixture and blend. Add more until it reaches correct consistency.
4. Pour pesto in a small saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring constantly until pesto begins to simmer. Pour over cooked pasta and toss.
