Kids Chews Chocolate

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup whole almonds¼ cup whole peanuts¼ cup cocoa powder½ tsp sea salt1 tbsp vanilla¼ cup honey1/3 cup rolled oats
In a food processor, finely chop (but do not grind) almonds and peanuts.
Pulse in cocoa and salt, then pour in honey and vanilla and pulse in.
Add oats and run until a doughy mix forms.
With your hands, make small balls or shapes out of the “dough” and place on parchment-paper lined trays.
Chill a few hours (best if overnight) before enjoying.
Variation:
To add extra protein to the mixture, add 2 tbsp of whey isolate protein powder or (for dairy-free) soy protein isolate to the cocoa mixture.
