Ingredients
NOTE: Revised recipe from book4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (approx. 1 lb/16 oz)3 cups Whole Wheat Penne Rigate1 1/2 cups Marina Sauce (I use Bove's Marinara)3/4 cup heavy cream1/4 cup plus 2 TBSP chicken broth3/4 t. red pepper flakes3/4 T. S&P3/4 t. oreganoChopped fresh Italian parsley, for garnish
Directions
For the pasta: Cook according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a saucepan, heat the pasta sauce, cream, chicken broth, and seasonings over medium heat until gently simmering. Add the diced chicken breasts and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is heated through. Ladle the sauce over the pasta (and veggies).

    Sorry ~ I changed the number of servings from 1 to 4 and added 1 pound chicken to the list of ingredients.
