Beefy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. lean fat ground turkey 1 egg3 T. grated parmesan cheese1/2 cup dry quick cooking oats (seals in moisture)1 bunch chopped parsley1 tsp. garlic powder1 T. minced onion1 T. crushed rosemary1T. crushed basil1 tsp. fennel seed1 tsp. black pepper¼ tsp crushed red pepper.1 tsp. beef stock powder softened with a bit of warm water (gives a little beefy flavor and adds perfect amount of salt)
Mix all ingredients. Divide into 12 balls, each slightly bigger than a golf ball.
Preheat frying pan with 1 T. olive oil. Brown 2 sides of meatballs on medium heat, about 5 minutes per side. When finished frying, place meatballs in baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in oven preheated to 400 degrees.
