Pumpkin Pie, Sugar Free Crustless

Ingredients
15 oz can pumpkin12 oz can evaporated milk1/2 cup egg substitute2 slices diet wheat bread5 tbsp flour (I use half white/half wheat)8 pkts Truvia sweetener (can also use Splenda)1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender, then blend until smooth. Spray pie plate with non-stick spray, pour in mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

**Can lighten recipe further by using nonfat evaporated milk.
