Shrimp scampi (Mayo C)

12 oz. large shrimp4 t. margarine1 t. olive oil2 t. lemon juice4 t. chopped shallots or green onions1 t. minced garlicdash salt and pepper4 t. chopped parsley1 1/3 c. cooked spaghetti2 t. brandy or sherry (optional)
In large skillet, heat olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until opaque in center; remove to a warm plate. Add garlic and shallots to skillet and cook until fragrant (about 10 seconds), then add lemon juice, brandy or sherry, parsley, salt and pepper. Remove pan from heat and add margarine. Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat with sauce. Arrange over pasta. Spoon remaining sauce over shrimp.
