Ingredients
Directions
Broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, celery, zucchini, alphalpha sprouts and chicken breasts.
Prepare the rice according to package instuctions. I put the chicken into the toaster oven to mostly grill it with Olive Oil before chopping it up into little pieces.
Chop all the vegetables the way you want them to look.
Take a can of water chestnuts and cut them in halves.
Put the vegetables and chicken in the frying pan adding the Alphalpha Sprouts at the very end and just steam them.
Serve the vegetables over the rice. Enjoy.
