Chicken with Low Fat Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
SaucePhiladelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese 1/2 c.1 c. milk 2%Romano Cheese 3 tbsp.Garlic, clove (1 or 2)1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper (to taste)3 Tbsp. dry parsley or 1/2 finely chopped fresh parsley1 Tbsp. margarine32 ounces Chicken Breasts, no skin
Directions
Melt margarine in a sauce pan, add garlic and chopped chicken breast. Brown until chicken turns white.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and blender and process until there are no clumps. Pour into saucepan on medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes. Add parsley at the end of the cooking time. Save some for garnish.
